Dear All,
Below is the text of last year's email. Twelve months on, I just changed the date, the essense of the message is still valid.
As we all face into the festive season we now must balance our focus on family and friends and the economic battles ahead in the new year. In 2010 we face into an unprecedented environment where all constants are variable and all variables are constant. Where do we focus our energy, our depleting capital and our collective inspiration? Which technolgies are obsolete, which principles are paramount? Some of us have been there before and understand that this current scenario cannot last forever and will pass. This situation will open up many new horizons and opportunities for those astute enough to grasp them. In the words of one of my old teachers: 'we have to knuckle down' and engage in the necessary changes and challenges to ensure success.
In Chinese the word 'CRISIS' loosely translates as : 'Opportunity Riding on a Dangerous Wind'

Event will include: Advanced Leadership Training, Project Showcase, Planning ,Networking, Awards, Keynote.
A core value of Muintir na Tíre's 'democratising entrepreneurship' or the Australian 'fair go!' is evolving.
Venue and Event Contribution will announced in the coming weeks.

Drafting/Editing Afternoon for the Charter for a New Ireland as a base document to build the Wider Movement for Positive Change.
This afternoon session will be by invitation only and will be held at John Doody's Ballyhoura Domain in East Limerick, just 15 min off the M8 Motorway.
If you want to attend please let me know by email or text. We plan to prepare using an online Tangible Forum powered by John McLoughlin's 'Koherence' System.
This focused session aims to complete drafting a Charter from which we can build the Wider Movement for Positive Change.
